WHAT'S THE ESSENCE?

Part One...
What happened the human nature? One time you are friends the other time you are enemies ; one time they are really into helping you making things work and lift you from your snare, the other time they are the same people fighting hard to see you fail and still have the guts to say "we are praying for you " what the f**ck! Are you praying so that I fail hard and die or what do you imply? People will smile and hug you so tight but deep inside they wish they had arrows on their hands to shoot you from behind. Rage, arrogance and hatred is the order of the day.

        You carry yourself to the church on Saturdays and Sundays putting on suits and dresses which reach your legs; what is the essence of all these? Trying to convince God who already knows you or the same person who knows you from your hypocritical behaviour? Am so shocked some people will even  fake tears and pretend they are sympathizing on you for the problem they are the one's who implicted on you. I still repeat, what is the essence?
     
     Some people will humbly explain how they are busy and cannot come to your rescue when you have an emergency but will be the first people to come and see you while you are dead, where does all this time to stay in my home even after being taken to the mortuary come from if you couldn't even sacrifice just ten minutes to come and see me at the hospital? What is the point of trying to impress a dead body who does not know anything?

       You spend over million shillings to organise a burial ceremony yet you could not raise a few thousands to take someone to the hospital, where do you get all this cash from? I believe you were just too mean to give a helping hand, why can't you keep the money for yourself? You claim a dead body needs a decent send off, what is the essence of that? Impressing someone who already know you hated them from the word go? You buy expensive stuff and burry them on the ground only for termites to celebrate on expensive meals? Things which not even half their cost would pay for someone's hospital bills and save their life....

    It painfully reaches to me when a pastor forces poor congregation to raise money claiming it would be used to help the needy when in real sense they are the most needy. I don't imply to discourage people from paying tithes but why should church leaders force them while the bible clearly states that it should be a tenth of their weekly earning and voluntary? What hurts me is seeing a widowed and jobless woman starving to raise the required lumpsum of money ; starving innocent orphans too only to raise money to which a church leader uses to buy an expensive car. But why? You eat quality meals daily and still got the guts to snatch the little orphans and widows are surviving on ; only to end up driving big cars and pass them like animals, throwing dust and dirty water on them by the roadside as they uproot weeds to feed on. Am pained.....
