DEMISEXUALS...

Probably, all of us have heard the term demisexual,  but who are these demisexuals? 

A demisexual is a person who doesn't get sexually attracted to anyone unless they have a strong emotional connection. 

You might have approached one, met one or maybe,  you are one. So how do you know a demisexual? Here are the characteristics :

Have you ever met these people who don't see any value in sex? You might have thought they are asexual but in some cases, they are not. They don't value sex unless they are in a committed relationship with you  and in most cases, the idea of sex doesn't appeal to them. You could have probably gotten sexually attracted to them but the moment you dispose the news to them they shove it off. Well,  it's not their fault, that's how demisexuals behave. 

Is it so funny that when most people fall in love at first sight others don't? Well, it's not unfortunate as you may think. Demisexuals start their relationships by friendship. They will never date a stranger no matter how attractive he/she looks. This is because for them, it's better to develop interest in an inner person than an outer one. For them, love comes before lust. They will first befriend you before developing feelings for you. 

Most people always mistake demisexuals for being fussy and picky. This is because they will throw away every guy who approaches them. It's not their fault. For them,  it's not easy to understand how a guy who knows nothing about you will develop feelings for you. It doesn't just make sense to them. Eventhough a bigger population see's it as something normal,  they unfortunately don't understand it is. 

Have you ever met these people who are so cute but poor at flirting or don't flirt no matter what? Well,  they are demisexuals. You may think they are boring and got no vibe but trust me, once you click with them,  you'll be surprised. They just don't find it natural to flirt, mostly with a random dude but they are the most romantic when they get deep with you. 

Lots of people watch pornography to satisfy their sexual fantasies and to get on heat but have you ever met these people to whom ponography have no effect on? Well,  that must have been a demisexual. They don't steam no matter how affecting pornography may be.

Demisexuals also get high on conversation. They will get deep on conversing with someone at a mental stimulating level. In most cases, they are so inquisitive and will pop up random questions just to dig dip into a chat with you. Their love language is always words of affection.  Once they start getting into an emotional connection with you,  they'll keep seeking for reassurance to be sure they are not doing the wrong thing.

 In some instances,  they are always the ones to cause drama in a relationship and fuss over little things . They hate being ignored and may walk out of a relationship just because you ignored them. Demisexuals feel energy. They'll know when you are trying to indirectly direct a message to them even through a random social media platform or a song without mentioning that it was for them. They are so paranoid and will easily jump into conclusions if you don't give them answers. Funnily enough,  they are so forgiving and once you realize you wronged them and work it out,  they will forgive you no matter how big the issue is. They don't hold grudges but will not let anyone sit on their ego. They scrap people off with arrogance and disrespectful words. 

Demisexuals can date for a very long time without thinking of sex. For them, sex isn't a priority in a relationship. They seek to develop a deep connection before committing. It's not like they fear commitment. In fact, they don't.  They will truly commit to you once they are emotionally connected and will never cheat no matter what. Infact, it's a big deal when you fall in love with a demisexual. This is because they have at most two crushes only and in most cases no crush at all. Sounds abnormal,  right? Well,  demisexuals don't crush on attractive people, they crush on attractive personalities and personalities aren't easily known. You have to know someone to some level before you know his/her true personality. In addition,  most demisexuals are so submissive. They'll stick to you even if you make them look stupid but once they realize that, it's a wrap,  you are not getting it anymore. 

I hope these features will help you understand demisexuals and know how to deal with them and love them .For one thing,  they are the best people ever and will make your world bright once you get an emotional connection with them.
