1. Lacking tact in conversations
People with strong personalities have a strong opinion. They always stand up for what they believe no matter who says no. This always make majority of people to perceive them as rude.
However, as much as one has an opinion, it's advisable to listen so as not to be mistaken for being rude.
2. Not listening
People with strong personalities often talk much. They are therefore used to talking hence don't listen.
However, listening is as important as talking, try to listen at times and get others opinion.
3.Dominance
People with high personalities are used to controlling crowds. In most cases, they are the alpha women and men. However, in the process of being in control, they cause resentment and bitterness which ain't a good thing.
No matter how much power you have, don't dorminate others.
4. Sturbon
People with high personalities are naturally sturbon, it's their nature.
However, its wise to be a little sturbon, don't just overdo it.
5.Manipulating others
High personalities always have an attitude of "after all I have all it takes " and "I want things my way" . This may cause hatred and bad mouthing since no one wants to work with someone with an attitude.
To keep away from this kind of impressions, be humble, just don't let them sleep on you.
6.Arrogance
People with high personalities are very arrogant and have a tendency of making others feel intimidated. It's not their wish in most cases thought.
To avoid being perceived as arrogant, treat people with a bit of empath.
7. Impatience
High personalities are more of doers than thinkers, this make them rush into making decisions.
However much you want to make a decision and accomplish a goal, take your time.
