YOU HAVE TRIED LOSING THAT WEIGHT BUT EVERYTHING IS NOT ADDING UP? WELL, THESE MUST BE THE REASONS WHY....

Being plump is sometimes stressful to human beings especially ladies. Though it ain't a bad thing to  be plump,  most people find it  unattractive and work tirelessly to maintain their desired level of body shape. But equally,  it ain't an easy thing. You probably tried lemon water, ginger tea,  cucumber,  black pepper,  cinnamon,  turmeric and all the spices that are recommended but you got poor results.  You turned to work out programmes but all remained the same,  high chances are that you are doing the right thing but not in the right way unless it's your genetic arrangement.  We have to agree that some plumpness are a genetically thing and no matter how much we try so hard to change them it's just impossible. However,  in most cases we are just ignorant on how we handle the fat burning processes.  

Sometimes you might be  struggling to take ginger tea and lemon,  turmeric, e. t. c every morning and evening but you are still into processed foods. This may not be useful as processed foods contain a high sugar and fructose level. This will not make a difference as sugar helps in the formation of more fats in the body.

I've met a lot of people who totally eliminated fats from their diets: as much as fats are unhealthy,  there are healthy fats that are needed in the body for growth and weight loss. Some of these fats also act as cushions on the body so don't eliminate all fats to lose weight. Instead, only eliminate the unhealthy fats that contain lots of  cholesterol. Some of the healthy fats you could take include ghee,  coconut oil, avocado, oily fish, unfried nuts and seeds and  egg yolk. 

Lots of people struggle with exercises but give up in the middle, why? They tend to  settle on the wrong exercises. Exercises when not done well may lead to  unproper results. Walking alone or swimming could not help in burning a lot of fats. Choose exercises such as cardio, weight lifting, squats e. t. c since they help burn a lot of fats. However,  squats cannot help in burning fat belly. Choose your exercises wisely. 

Have you ever known that stress could lead to unhealthy weight gain? If you haven't, now you know. Stress leads to accumulation of fats in the downer parts of the belly. As much as stress is part of life, try to avoid excessive stress,  with it you cannot looss that  destructive weight no matter how much you try. 

The other destructive habit that affects half the human population is insufficient sleep. Lots of people especially the youth spend three quarters of their nights in the internet. Good internet is not an indication that you should stay awake all night. As much as you need the internet,  use it during the day and sleep at night. You should sleep atleast five to Six hours per twenty four hours. Lack of sleep also leads to accumulation of  unhealthy fats and unproper digestion. Sleep well if you want to be fit and healthy. 

The last and saddest thing is that some people are naturally pear-shaped. That means they cannot have a  flat belly no matter what they do. In this case,  nothing can be done and you just have to accept yourself just the way you are.
